Include AVAX liquidity mining rewards

We recently added an adapter that tracks Avalanche’s token issuance for PoS validators.

However, it would also be good to include AVAX issued as farming rewards on protocols such as Aave.

This would probably be best to be represented as two separate sub-adapters (avalanche-pos and avalanche-farming), bundled into a single adapter for sites like MoneyPrinter.
