DEX metrics

Hey all,

I would love to build a nice DEX overview for users to help them make a decision on which one to use. That’s what the page currently looks like: https://cryptotesters.com/best-decentralized-exchanges

Would love to use Cryptostats to fetch other useful data like 24h or weekly/monthly volume.

It would be cool to have it on a per-network basis and cumulative e.g on Uniswap on Ethereum, Uniswap on Arbitrum, Uniswap total.

Is it feasible?
