Bundled protocols on CryptoFees.info

I just released an update to CryptoFees.info that allows bundling multiple implementations of the same protocol in the same row.

The currently bundled Protocols are Uniswap (V1, V2, V3 & Optimism), SushiSwap (Ethereum, Polygon & Fantom), and Balancer (V1, V2 & Polygon).
